The Hannah Young Play-a-Thon was another success this year. More than 200 students participated over the two day event. This was our second year back at the Lehigh Valley Mall after many years performing in other area malls. Our total proceeds were less than last year, but there were some factors working against us that were out of our control. NATS held their auditions the same weekend, which precluded some teachers and students from participating.
Hopefully, next year we will have more teachers and students participate. Total proceeds for 2019 were $9,339. Thank you to all who participated. If you haven’t already considered helping with our one and only fundraiser next year, please give it serious consideration. It is a big undertaking and we need a lot of volunteers to make it successful.
